Winooski River Tactical Basin Plan Public Meeting.  Central Vermont Chamber of Commerce in Berlin. The Central Vermont Regional Planning Commission will be conducting a series of outreach events in regards to the development of the Winooski River Tactical Basin Plan. The Tactical Basin Plan is being developed by the Vermont Agency of Natural Resources and its purpose is to use scientific data, repeatable assessments, and prioritized project implementation to guide future actions in water quality improvement. One key factor in the planning process is soliciting input from stakeholders, such as municipalities and watershed groups. They are particularly looking for input about what is important to be included in the plan. Particular actions included in the plan will be eligible in the future for Clean Water Initiative funding through the ANR.
