- The Capacity Conundrum: How and when your organization should grow. How to balance workload and staff and how not to break the backs of staff or volunteers. Session Facilitator: Emily Davis. Content Support: Andy Robinson.

12:45 – 1:45: Landowner Engagement Challenges and Solutions. From riparian buffer plantings to stormwater projects to dam removals, we need private landowners without any legal obligation to engage in projects for clean water and healthy watersheds. Through examples and discussion, this session will explore working through those challenges including new O&M agreements. Session Lead: Mary Russ.
2:00 – 3:30: State Funding in the Interim. And the transition to Act 76. What funding programs will be available during 2020 and 2021 and what does the funding picture look like in the future? What can groups expect in terms of types of funding and timing in order to plan projects and workload? Session Leads: Emily Bird and Lyn Munno.
