WUV has a 2-step application process for this grant. The first step is completing the Pre-Application Eligibility Screening Document; this document is designed to be a quick process that gives WUV the information needed to determine if your project is eligible for the grant. Once you submit the eligibility screening, WUV will invite you to submit the full application if your project is eligible.
