Eligible categories under this Partnership Grant are the following: 1. Work crew assistance: to increase on-the-ground implementation of priority clean water improvement projects using work crews. The applicant must describe the process for project identification using basin planning, targeted outreach and delivery of implementation assistance through the management of work crews; 2. Conduct Technical Capacity Assistance using “train the trainer” workshops for audiences that may include but are not limited to watershed organizations, lake associations regional or local civic organizations or business groups.  Training subjects include: Green infrastructure, Stormwater practices, New Stormwater permits, Natural resource protection and restoration. The applicant must describe how the proposal will enhance capacity of the identified targeted audience.
